The numbers after the hash (#) refer to Zendesk numbers.

 

Cloud Remote Access improvements:

  • Endpoint name is now included in the description of the operation.
  • “Cloud Remote Access” microservice now has a timeout for connections. If a connection is not fully established after 30 seconds, the operation is set to failed.
  • When editing the configuration, there is no need to re-enter the password again.
  • The “Remote Access” tab is only displayed when the tenant is subscribed to the “Remote Access” application.

 

Bug fixes

[Cockpit] An exception is thrown when you clone smart rules.

[Cockpit] Event processing error is thrown when you trigger “Geofence alarm” smart rule.

[Cockpit] When access is denied, the wrong message is shown.

  • Now, a more specific message is shown if the access is denied.

[Administration] Deleted “admins” roles cannot be recreated.

  • The “admins” role cannot be recreated, because users don’t have the necessary permissions.

[Device Management] When a long ID is inserted in the smartrest template, the ID is not truncated. 

[Device Management] List of parent groups in the device details view cannot load. [#12488]

 

Additional bugfixes:

  • CEP Monitoring does not create alarms on all alarms.
