[Administration] Support user can access to customers tenants using their personal credentials
- Support users are user accounts of persons who can login to customer tenants, if the account has respective permission, as shown in above screenshot.
- These user accounts are managed in the Administration application of the management tenant.
Support user can login in the customer's tenant by using <supportusername>$<customerusername>
[Administration] As Cumulocity, I want that certain users of the management tenant can create, but not delete tenants
Users with Tenant API ADMIN access today have access the three operations: They can create, update and delete tenants.
With this feature, the user permissions can be granted on a more fine grained level:
- CREATE: users can only create tenants
- UPDATE: users can only update existing tenant
With this, user could have permission to create and update tenants, but not to delete tenants.
